A. Media & Public Relations
• Handle public relations and prepares for events which will assist in the development of effective public relations programs.
• Participate in events / exhibitions, and promote Zohoor Al Reef in all kinds of media (TV, magazines, newspapers).
• Handle public relations with major clients, organizations, and government agencies.
• Coordinate the reception of high level guests and visiting delegations to Zohoor Al Reef.
• Coordinate with related parties to ensure that Zohoor Al Reef’s website is updated to include Press Releases, news, and related contact information.
• Handle Zohoor Al Reef’s CSR initiatives in coordination with Zohoor Al Reef’s corporate and Business Units.
B. Traditional Marketing & Advertising
• Plan and execute Zohoor Al Reef’s traditional marketing and advertising campaigns, including identifying the most appropriate mediums to use, such as TV, radio, newspapers, billboards…
• Monitor and measure the performance of Traditional Marketing and Advertising campaigns and take appropriate measures to address issues and variances.
• Coordinate with Advertising agencies, including negotiating and reviewing contracts and managing the day to day relationship with regards to executing of advertising campaigns.
• Ensure that all Zohoor Al Reef’s advertising campaigns display a consistent brand and message that is aligned with Zohoor Al Reef’s overall strategy.
