JOB SUMMARY:
Will partner with other Recruitment & Staffing Coordinators and Section Head to source, assess, attract and hire the best talent for vacant positions.
Develops and executes recruiting strategies and sourcing methodologies while administering all staffing-related programs and procedures.
He/She is responsible for Performance of the Administrative Recruitment in the recommended way.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Receives Job Requisition Form from organizational units to fill new or vacant positions.
2. Coordinates with the Workforce Manager for the implementation of the recruitment process.
3. Advertise open positions in bulletin boards upon approval.
4. Coordinate with local recruiting sources/agencies.
5. Conduct full life cycle recruiting including sourcing, resume screening/submittal, negotiating salary/rate and benefits, arranging interviews, training for client interview, hiring and follow-up.
6. Place candidates on Contract, Contract-to-Hire and Direct Hire positions.
7. Present offers/offer letters.
8. Source using internal/Internet recruiting sources, networking and referrals.
9. Participate in monthly staff training and branch meetings as required.
10. Maintain Recruiting database.
11. Maintain relationships with all candidates for future presentation, referrals or business contacts.
12. Develop and implement creative approaches to locate candidates such as: Networking tools (personal banks, cold calling, contact lists, networking, outplacement centers, career fairs, business referrals, spreadsheets, Internet and databases).
13. Prepares and analyzes data relative to hiring and retention of employees such as turnover rates, reasons for turnover, successful placement methods, success of employees on the job during initial employment period, etc, to ensure long term success of employees hired and compliance with al-Borg Policies and procedures and local legislations.
14. Recommends annual goals for inclusion in the Human Resources Policies and Procedures; ensures all managers/supervisors are aware of their Policies and Procedures responsibilities and that the plan is timely completed.
15. Participates as team member on human resources projects; develops and analyzes data, researches information, recommends solutions to complex problems and implements project results.
16. Communicates with candidates through the recruitment process.
17. Coordinate communication with applicants.
18. Provides information on al-Borg facilities and job opportunities to potential applicants.
19. Performs verification of credentials once requested.
20. Prepares the necessary document of pre-employment medical exam.
21. Files postponed or rejected employment applications records for future references.
22. Other duties as assigned within the scope of responsibility and requirements of the job.
23. Responsible for the confidentiality of information that they have access to or came across during their work.
