DUTIES:
Administration: - Prepare & Present Annual Training Budget to the CEO
- Design, Prepare & Present the Annual Training Calendar CEO
- Ensure that Monthly Training Report is e-mailed to CEO every month, for the previous month.
- Ensure the smooth & in-time delivery of specific / specialized reports, as per requirement. Understanding what the business objectives are for the training department
-Increase customer satisfaction by having the most informed staff (product knowledge training) who offer the best advice (sales skills training) possible and who constantly seek to give our customers the best travel consultancy experience (customer care training)
- Increase revenue and market share by training staff to convert more potential sales into actual spending customers.
- Increase branding by ensuring that ALL customers receive the same high standard of customer service across ALL Elaj group centers by standardizing training in ALL countries where we operate.
- Increase staff retention by developing and training the people we employ and ensuring that the staff and management are rewarded accordingly for their contributions to the growth of the company related to what they have learned and implemented through the various training programs.
RESPONSIBILITIES;
1. Identify “core competencies” of workforce. • Identify “core competencies” of workforce. • Deploy competency mapping in the company.
2. Knowledge management
• Keeping training materials up to date.
• Using IT to produce training materials and manuals.
• Management of all training materials of company.
• Organizing the using of training materials in company (also include e-learning).
3. Training strategies
• Develops training objectives, strategies, policies, and programs.
• Directs the implementation of policies and procedures related to various training and educational programs for the employees of the group.
4. Training programs
• Review and approve training needs, training programs.
• Deploy and supervise training programs
