Our Client is a Saudi local group of company, looking for Branch Manager who have to manage the contractual agreements with Key Accounts in retail business, and ensure and monitor follow up, in line with the Sales Policies & Procedures, to maximize the Key Accounts’ turnover and profits and to keep the Key Accounts on long term.
- Develop, implement and evaluate the policies and procedures for Key Account management, in order to ensure quality and consistency in management of all key accounts.
- Develop and maintain the Key Account fact books, covering all relevant information on the Key Account’s business, relationship management and contractual agreements.
- Manage and coordinate the process of negotiating and closing/renewing the contractual agreements with the Key Accounts (including credit conditions and shelf rental), to the best benefit of company.
- Develop the activity cycle planning for KA’s and translate contractual agreements in work instructions for all relevant departments, and monitor follow up, to ensure execution of the operational activities, terms & conditions according to contract agreements and to ensure the KA’s profit performance.
- Identify and acquire new Key Accounts, and act on relevant new information about existing Key Accounts and competition, in order to increase the number and total revenue of Key Accounts.
- Manage and maintain the relationships with the relevant representatives of the Key Accounts in order to ensure easy access and deployment when required and to ensure prolongation of KA contracts.
- Prepare cost budgets for the KA’s, according to details in the contractual agreements.
