- Direct interface with the customer for the scope, schedule, invoicing, change request. etc.
- Daily and weekly reports generation.
- Escalate any issue related to the related departments and personnel.
- Control the scope of creeping.
- Meeting the schedule deadline
- Cost control to play within the agreed on budget.
- Assure and control the quality.
- Manage the stakeholders’ engagements and ensure their satisfactions.
- Manage and control the procurement related to the project.
- Follow up and manages all project deliverables with Team leaders, coordinator, and planning team for implementation progress.
- Managing the materials logistic issues from shipping, clearances and inventory managements and RMA management.
- Weekly progress meeting with client.
- Preparing & following up project implementation plan with the teams, customer and management.
- Manage and solve problems on a day-to-day basis.
- Coordinate with customer’s Management to improve the project deliverables and clearing outstanding items.
- Coordination with the district mangers & field operation for implementation of the project/clearing blocking issues.
- Follow up for any blocking issues from client departments (design, transmission, field operation, network, security) till getting it solved.
- Follow up with the client sales department in order to get new/more orders related the same project.
- Managing overtime and on-call.
- Working with the HR in order to clear any progress and teams affecting issues.
