- To contribute as a member of the senior commercial leadership team to the development and implementation of strategies, budgets, operating plans and initiatives to drive profitable sales growth of NasJet within the Saudi market
- To lead, develop, communicate and implement the annual business development plan for NasJet, in line with stretching strategic growth targets
- To drive sales growth through the establishment of new markets and growing a network of HNWI’s
- To monitor competitor products and ensure that the NasJet pricing structures are adjusted to maintain competitiveness whilst maximizing profitability
- To proactively contribute to the development of effective sales and marketing campaigns (materials and processes) to build awareness and support profitable sales growth in market segments
- To promote the reputation and product/service capabilities of NasJet
- To support existing customers in your region and insure they are well looked after and maintain a high level of satisfaction
- To address any concerns existing customers may have and to resolve their issues promptly with complete satisfaction
- To generate new leads through your support network and insure a steady flow of leads are constantly fed into our SalesForce system
- To support customer satisfaction by proactively soliciting and monitoring customer feedback and submitting recommendations for new or amended routes, products and services
- To contribute to the development of long-term strategic plans for the growth of the NasJet and to ensure that those strategic plans are translated into effective tactical/operational plans
- Ownership, draft and management of commercial SOP’s in line with best practise and company policy and procedure
