• Demonstrate products and services to existing/potential customers and assist them in selecting those best suited to their needs
• Research sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential
• Plan and organize sales team strategies
• Provide product knowledge and references to the client
• Manage quotations quickly and efficiently in accordance with company procedure/guidelines and ensure follow up for all queries received
• Manage order cycle to ensure timely and accurate processing
• Liaise between client and other departments to provide most suitable service according to client’s needs, cost and time restraints.
• Ensure that invoices and delivery note are submitted to customer accordingly
• Ensure all activities adhere to branding standards, best practices and ISO 9001 : 2008
• Prepare expense report and monthly sales reports for the management review
• Seek for continuous improvement by getting customers’ feedback, assess their satisfaction and implement corrective actions if necessary
• Maintain good business relationship with customers and suppliers
• Keep abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical service areas.
• Participate in trade shows and conventions.
• Perform additional work as required by Management
