1-Managing All the Trainig plan ( developing & Implementation )
2- Plan, develop, and provide training and staff development programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job, Able to deliver all kind of training ( Soft skills / sales skills )
3- Confer with management and conduct surveys to identify training needs based on projected production processes, changes, and other factors to identify the TNA ( Trainig need analysis )
4- create and design all onboarding activity and new trainig program
5- Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs, create ROI factor for the trainig event
6- able to create a field training program
7- deliver a new learning methods ( e - learning )
8-Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials
