- Responsible for training the company’s employees.
- Responsible for the effective development, coordination and presentation of training and development programs for all employees.
- Identify and arrange suitable training solutions for employees.
- Actively search, creatively design and implement effective methods to educate, enhance performance and recognize performance.
- Develop trainer development programs and coach others involved in training efforts, providing effective growth and development opportunities.
- Analyse existing performance management programs to determine their on-going ability to support objectives, researches best practices in human performance, and designs and revises the performance management system.
- Work effectively as a team member with other members of management and the human resources staff.
