- Drive and coordinate end to end recruitment process to meet the budgeted hiring needs in AXA Saudi Arabia in different levels
- Develop and implement talent identification and work with Business Partners in people planning process to deliver current and future capacity and capability
- Provide full consultative service to hiring managers with regards to the recruitment industry and market trends
- Build a strong talent pipeline and data base proactively through industry mapping as well as direct sourcing
- Explore and develop innovative sourcing channels to meet business growth needs and is able to control recruitment cost closely
- Efficient end to end candidate management and provide excellent on-boarding experience
- Degree in Management preferably
- Minimum 8 years recruitment experience in MNC, experience in both search firm and in-house preferably but not a must
- Excellent communication in both English and Arabic
- Proven recruitment experience in different sourcing channels
- Able to work independently and as part of the team
