• Bachelor’s Degree from Reputable University, preferably in Engineering or Finance
• Post graduate degree in Management or Finance.
• 7 to 10 years’ experience in the general contracting industry.
• Finance experience in Project based company with a good understanding of costing, forward pricing rates, finance planning and project cost accounting.
• Recent experience in Finance Director or CFO leadership roles.
• Demonstrated experience in Finance Transformation (Organziational Development, Process Improvements, Automation, etc.)
• Should be able to build good relationships with consultants & Banks
• Good understanding of Saudi and International Accounting practices.
• Exposure to structured environment and proper organizational governance.
• Ability to quickly organise prioritize, coordinate tasks, and meet deadlines with a high quality of work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment. (Project Management Skills)
• Analytical thinking skills to effectively resolve technical problems and identify/implement process and workflow improvements.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills to facilitate meetings and manage stakeholders in both Arabic and English.
• Demonstrated proficiency in computer business applications and MS Excel
