Primary Objectives:
• Driving the growth of both Volume & Profit objectives of the company in the assigned Channels to utilize production capacity.
• Improve the execution level in the assigned channel to capture shares of sell-out & space.
• Leading & developing In-House field force to create solid operation base & Future managerial level.
• Supervision & Development of the distributor team to increase quality of performance, engagement, and share of mind.
• Ownership of executing strategic Marketing/Trade Marketing activities in the assigned channel.
Responsibilities:
• Establishing sales objectives by forecasting & developing annual sales plans for all areas by SKU, responsible of submitting the channel Running-Rates with due locked period to the Demand manager.
• Ownership of annual Building-Blocks planning for the assigned channel in coordination with Trade Marketing team, also to maintain profitability level for the channel as per the company strategy.
• Driving daily sales operations of the distributor team, ensuring execution of sales objectives & activities.
• Securing In-Store execution excellence in terms of Share-of-Shelf, Brand & Merchandising guidelines.
• Increasing availability of brand portfolio, monitoring of Hand-Held report and action plans
• Executing all Marketing/Trade Marketing activities with all accounts through customer negotiation, distributer alignment & supervision, and merchandising execution.
• Managing relation with distributor sales force and developing the team by constant engagement, establishing Way-Of-Work, and monitor execution performance.
• Development of Merchandising force & Regional Manager by continuous life-coaching, setting objective, performance monitoring, enforcing guidelines, route plan efficiency, and In-House training.
• Tracking & Monitoring the distributor headcount, and supervisor team, and ensure pushing completion of plan as a primary KPI for this channel.
• Track and monitor the channel main KPI’s: Efficiency of journey plans, customer base in system, and overall productivity rate.
• Ownership of CORO Chillers in Grocery in terms of revenue, ROI, Brand guidelines, and Asset protection process.
• Handling special business development projects, mainly “FIT Project” with Carlsberg company, and Chiller Barcode project
