Main Responsibilities:
Sales Management
- Sales Pipeline Management and Forecasting
- Deliver agreed targets and delivery plans.
- Oversee customer satisfaction survey
- Monitor market and competition activities and to give feedback to TNMand Cluster sales.
- Develop the reefer business in the cluster.
Sales support
- Maintain relationships with top reefer accounts through sales calls.
- Maintain relationships with other sales channels managers anddepartments to facilitate best practice sharing.
- Approve proposals and contract terms for accounts that require saleshandling beyond established guidelines.
- To ensure that sufficient capacity is available for all strings to facilitatesales in meeting targets.
- Develop local sales support tools and assist in building individualcustomer strategies, including identification of up-selling opportunities.
Customer Relations
- Own the overall customer relationship for existing reefer customers, aswell as potential new customers.
- Establish strong, multi-level, win/win relationships with new andexisting customers (including main decision makers and influencers).
- Actively engage Customer Service into the customer relationship toensure customers know relevant contact points in case of servicefailures.
- Effectively handover to Customer Service, Operations, Finance etc forterms and conditions agreed with customers in their contracts.
Manage Sales process
- Manage the selling process to external customers, including pricingand contract negotiations.
- Ensure that Salesforce is actively used as part of the daily salesprocess
- Pro-actively search, engage, qualify and develop new accounts
- Identify account needs, opportunities and key buying factors forexisting customers, and formalize those into account plans andstrategies.
- To lead on sales channel management and actively carry outcampaign management.
- Ensure mapping of and full penetration into customers’ organization.
- Continuously drive to improve customer satisfaction. Ensure that relevant sales systems are updates by the salesorganization
