• Execute planned and systematic actions (verifications, audits, inspections, reviews, evaluations) to demonstrate objectively or give confidence that the implemented Quality Management System and HSE Company Policy result in products/services that meet the specified requirements• Designing, implementation, communication and coordination of all environmental, health, and safety programs for the Division. This position will develop and provide technical and administrative direction on all QA -HSE decisions. • Responsible for the issuance, implementation, and control of Company’s Quality Manual and Operating procedures• Address specific reporting and record keeping requirements of OSHA, EPA, etc., & pertinent safety/regulatory compliance matters and to ensure project sites are in compliance
