An excellent opportunity has arisen for a professional Head of Consumer Finance to join a dynamic company undergoing massive growth.
The group is a privately owned organization in the Retail Consumer Goods industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with all related parties in aligning product and business strategies and ensuring compliance within internal and external regulatory framework.
- Manage customers’ needs and expectations in line of company guidelines to ensure win-win relation.
- Oversee the development of the overall business process from a technical perspective detailing hand offs documentations, processing time at each unit and compute the total turnaround time.
- Support strategic business direction set with Product Development Manager and directly responsible for organizing, implementing and execution of plans to build the consumer finance business portfolio for Retail sector.
- Directly oversees product development, marketing, business partner management as well as channel development functions with full P&L responsibilities for the consumer finance business.
- Supporting growth and industry development through strategic liaisons with regulatory bodies and control organizations relating to the consumer finance business.
- Liaising with external partners for wholesale support and developing channel strategies to enhance product distribution for consumer financing.
