DaVita isn’t just any company. Similarly, this is not your typical HR role. We are seeking for an operationally focused and results driven HR leader to build a world-class HR Services Centre for our rapidly expanding activities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
This position will align HR strategy and activities to support the delivery of business goals and give direction to our People Services Operations, while creating a culture of fun and success. In a context of fast growth of DaVita in KSA you will be responsible for developing HR policies, have the leading role for Compensation & Benefits and payroll, HR information & reporting, administrative and employee services. Our shared services model for People Services Operations centralizes HR policy development and many administrative HR functions. You will roll out the shared services/ teammate desk concept and manage the implementation of Workday as our HRIS, and coach and develop the People Services Operations team. You will team with the Head of Talent Acquisition to create a great employee experience for our teammates.
