A highly experienced IT Audit Advisor is sought after for a leading financial services firm based in Saudi Arabia
Position Title: Internal Audit Advisor - IT
Division: Internal Audit
Reports to: Head of Operations Audit
Location: Major financial services firm in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing on-job training (focused on technical and interpersonal competencies) to the assigned team(s) members to ensure efficient and effective development of Internal Audit resources.- Mentoring and Coaching Internal Audit team members.- Responsible for conducting Internal Audit Risk Assessments and Development of Internal Audit Plan with the team of Assistant Auditors/ Internal Auditors / Internal Audit Specialists/ Senior Internal Auditors, under the supervision of Head(s)/ Chief Internal Auditor.- Responsible for delivering (End-to-End) multiple audit assignments (as per Internal Audit Plan and / or any ad-hoc requests from Head(s) / Chief Internal Audit Officer) simultaneously with multiple teams (of Assistant Auditors / Internal Auditors / Internal Audit Specialists / Senior Internal Auditors) with the assistance of the assigned teams.- Assist the Internal Audit Team Leader / Head(s) / Chief Internal Audit Officer in presenting audit results to the relevant Department Directors, and to the Audit Committee.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of relevant work experience in the IT Audit field, experience in a consulting or a public audit firm is a great advantage.- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or MIS. Masters is preferable- Knowledge of different infrastructure platforms including Unix, Linux, AS400, Windows, Oracle, SQL, DB2 etc.- The candidate should be expert level in the Institute of Internal Auditor (IIA) competencies. - Relevant professional certifications (CIA, CISA, CISSP)- Strong communication and Interpersonal skills- Previously been in a position which involved training the Auditors
