About the Location: Based in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
About the Position: This position requires the ability to manage multiple claims/issues within time and budget constraints and think proactively as well as reactively as the situation requires. This position would suit someone with broad experience in Arbitration, Commercial Law, Dispute Resolution, and Legal Counsel.
Remuneration: SAR 50, 000 - 60, 000 all-inclusive package.
Requirements: A minimum of 15 years of experience. Bachelors or Master's Degree in Law/Construction Law. Experience on Rail Projects is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills. Extensive experience in a Contracting environment.
