POSITION SUMMARY
- Carrying out general maintenance on manufacturing and other plant utilities.
- To work in a team environment to achieve company goals by decreasing machine downtime related to maintenance.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintaining production, quality and safety by ensuring smooth operation of all machinery throughout the entire plant (production, laboratory, sprinkle system, etc...).
- Ensuring continuous operation of machinery by completing preventive maintenance.
- Following the maintenance and inspection plans, correct procedures, policies and documentation requirements.
- Executing work orders in a timely manner.
- Troubleshooting malfunctions.
- Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
- Locate sources of problems by observing, listening to production operators, using precision measuring and testing instruments.
- Support project executing.
- Maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
- Implementing housekeeping within maintenance department. Clean, tidy, methodical and systematic approach.
- Follow the company’s manuals, procedures and regulations.
- Following the company’s policies and goals.
