1. Generating Preventive maintenance tasks on Mechanical equipment in the plant and submit to maintenance planner for scheduling.
2. Review and evaluate the preventive maintenance done by maintenance team ensure that the task was implemented properly. Highlight any abnormalities noticed in the PM sheet that was not corrected.
3. Periodic review and modification of preventive maintenance tasks as per actual condition and feedback from maintenance team.
4. Making recommendations regarding maintenance functions and preventive maintenance scheduling;
5. Review and evaluate the completed monitoring sheet done by maintenance team.
6. Compile the completed monitoring sheet; ensure the proper location and arrangement.
7. Generating and identifying recommended spare parts for each Mechanical equipment within the area of assignment;
8. Periodic review of the critical spares parts stock level on each Mechanical equipment and ensure that critical spares available in the store.
9. Create maintenance work instructions and procedures related to mechanical equipment (installation/maintenance/repair), emergency procedures and others.
10. Periodic review of the work instruction and procedure as actual condition and feedback from the maintenance team. Conduct Revision if necessary.
11. Support in maintenance department in troubleshooting Mechanical problems that will cause loss of capital equipment and huge production losses);
12. Review and evaluate equipment drawings if it is updated, ensure the availability of equipment drawing when it is needed.
13. Prepare training module and conduct training for maintenance personnel to enhance their technical skill.
14. Evaluate and suggest modification to improve the performance/ efficiency of the equipment.
15. Handle projects on Area of responsibility for improvements and modification which include proper documentation and planning.
