Key responsibilities include:
Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers etc
Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, screen and provide shortlist as per the criteria for each role
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units.
Create and implement Employment Marketing Strategies to
attract passive job seekers.
Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency based, stress etc.
Familiarity with hr databases, applicant tracking systems and CMS
Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
