Supervising the implementation of Policies, Goals and Strategies
• Supervising the implementation of the division's/ department's plans, as well as ensuring their compliance with company's rules and policies
• Developing division's/ department's work plan; assigning work activities, projects and programs, monitoring work flow, reviewing and evaluating work methods and procedures, and directing such activities to serve division's/ department's goals and plans
• Proposing plans and programs that boost the effectiveness of the division/ department
• Ensuring that instructions, circulars and organizational and technical decisions are followed and applied
• Ensuring that work activities are carried out according to the pre-set performance goals, and suggesting any necessary actions to the direct manager
• Conducting periodic meetings with subordinates to follow up smooth running of activities and keeping abreast with latest business-related practices
Executive and Technical Duties
• Supervising and managing the retail sales activities, establishing retail sales strategies, estimating potential retail sales, and distribution/channel issues
• Supervising and directing the activities of retail marketing and coordinating the designing of new sales campaigns
• Supervising promotional activities, publicizing the product through the press, sales force, and alternate distribution channels
• Assisting in development of sales plans and budgets
• Maintain correct inventory levels at all showrooms
• Defining sales programs to support retail sale and quality standards
• Inspects merchandise to ensure it is correctly priced and displayed at retail channels.
• Identifying target market segments by demographic and/or psychographic characteristics
• Recommending additions to or deletions of merchandise to be sold as retail sales
• Communicating details of retail sales programs to sales, customer service, operations, and other departments involved with related marketing activities and showroom activities
• Listening to customer complaints, examines returned merchandise, and resolves problems to restore and promote good public relations
• Approving checks written for payment of merchandise purchased and approving operation expenses
• Supervising & managing the delivery and installation operation of merchandise sold
• Prepare plan for new showrooms and the renovation of showrooms as well relocation
General Administrative Duties
• Preparing periodic reports with respect to the division's/ department's activities and achievements to be submitted to the General Manager
• Specifying manpower requirements for the division/ department according to the recruitment and selection and human resources planning practices
• Recommending training needs of subordinates and evaluating the outcomes of training courses in coordination with the concerned human resources personnel
• Following-up on employee administrative affairs such as: vacations, leaves …etc
• Conducting performance appraisals for subordinates according to scheduled plans and recommending necessary actions as per the applied practices
• Nominating a deputy to carry out the responsibilities of the position whenever the need arises
• Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct manager

- Coordinating with the logistics on matters regarding arrivals, allocations and transfers of marketing products or new products
- Coordinating with the financial manager on matters regarding Pricing of marketing campaigns and products
Outside the Institution/ Frequency:
- Communicating with customers and clients in matters relating sales activities
