We currently have an opportunity available for a Sales Manager to lead the sales team at
one of our nine plants in the western region of KSA.
The main mission is to increase
the sales of ready mix concrete to contractors, industrial establishments and
individuals in the designated area.
The successful candidate for this position should have a positive, professional demeanor, excellent interpersonal skills and have a high knowledge of ready mix production including quality measures and willing to work long hours including weekends and holidays when necessary.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals for assigned plant.
- Develop an aggressive sales forecast that will enable the
company to reach its profit goals.
- Assist the management in planning, forecasting, developing
and directing the organization’s strategic vision and activities to achieve
targets and sustainable growth.
- Assist in collecting overdue amounts of the assigned plant.
- Develop and maintain healthy business relationships with
customers and contractors in assigned area.
- Ensure that deliverable contracts and all documents
required are submitted on time.
- Responsible
for managing the sales team, which includes development, coaching, setting goals
and performance management and duties to sales representatives.
- Analyze
market trends and activity to create strategic solutions to market shifts.
- Prepare
periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of
proposed client base expansion.
