• Lead a team of HVAC engineers.
• Coordinate HVAC related work with all other engineering disciplines.
• Estimate and price HVAC works for potential and ongoing projects.
• Review the designs and BOQ specs of HVAC systems across all projects.
• Supervise the production of HVAC shop drawings across multiple projects.
• Track project progress as per project schedules and report any deviations to PMs.
• Lead both internal and external technical meetings with your team.
• Prepare monthly progress payments related to HVAC work.
Requirements:
• At least (8-10) years of experience managing a team of Mechanical Engineers.
• At least (8-10) years of experience in HVAC Systems Design and Execution.
• A Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering; preferably with a specialty in HVAC.
• Able to validate HVAC designs.
• Able to work with a multidisciplinary team and to interact with staff at various organizational levels.
• Good knowledge of the ASHRAE, SMACNA and any relevant codes and standards used in the design of HVAC systems.
Good to have:
• Experience using mechanical engineering programs such as Ductulator, HAP, … etc.
