- Responsible for working with Users group to discuss current needs and identify architectural solutions.
- Planning, master planning, site development, concept and detailed architectural design. Coordination with structural, mechanical, electrical and interior design.
- Prepare concept design plans and presentations.
- Develop facilities design in coordination with Medical Equipment Planner for the equipment planning requirements of each project.
- Perform code review and research of medical facilities.
- Responsible for the completeness, accuracy and adequacy of the architectural design and drawings.
- Ensure compliance with stipulated project scope and design criteria.
- Will work on multiple projects.
- Inspect and evaluate existing medical facilities requirements and provide necessary planning solutions.
