JOB PURPOSE
By working in cooperation with the Support Function Lead, supports the business planning and operating of P&C department, through planning & budgeting, KPI management, internal stakeholder management and P&C policies, processes and procedures management.
RESPONSIBILITES
Assists the Support Function Lead in developing the business and operating plans (including budgeting), by collecting & analyzing data, and conducting external research for materials as appropriate
Assists the Sourcing Lead and Support Function Lead in internal stakeholder management by taking responsibility of documentation, survey development, distribution & analysis.
Collects the monthly KPI data, measures and analyzes the data, develops KPI reports and communicates the reports to the relevant stakeholders. Assists in all other relevant KPI related work tasks
Archives and manages the P&C planning data
Maintains the P&C policies, processes and procedures; and supports P&C department in their adherence
Reviews all internal process documentation to ensure that processes are aligned to the requirements of the customer and the company as well
Executes periodic reviews of operational processes to ensure that they are being conducted according to defined policy and procedure.
Ensure that all relevant safety, quality and environmental procedures, instruction and controls are adhered to so that the safety of employees, qualify of products/services and environmental compliance can be guaranteed.
Attends to all audit meetings and take the lead role in coordinating the necessary actions to close audit findings in accordance with IMS Policy.
