Responsibilities Of Store Manager
* Managing a team of no less than 40 staff
* Managing store budgets
* Managing store sales & set targets
* Managing the merchandising of the store
* Maintaining planograms In line with category management
* Having superior customer relations experience
* Handling all employee & customer issues
* Maintaining the store appearance Internally & Externally according to company standards
* Proper planning for store inventory & promotional events
* Avoiding shrinkage at all cost by coaching sales team to be aware of goods handling
* Maintaining a low figure for Employee turnover
* Able to deal with Saudi staff & maintaining a high retention rate
