Automatic Stock Transfer (AST) monitoring & control.
Automatic Stock Transfer (AST) discrepancies adjustment.
Contribute in the entire physical count, cycle count, & any kind of inventory stock taking actions.
Assist inventory coordinators at the store/DC levels.
Insuring effective execution of inventory job tasks, focusing on the pre-settled objectives.
Store to store (S2S) monitoring & control.
Store to store (S2S) discrepancies adjustment.
Prepare & submit statistical reports.
Inspecting of Disposed/Stolen items at store physically.
Negative sales adjustment.
To review, submit, & post to the system; all kind of reconciliations including monthly reports (Disposed,
Damage Sellable, Stolen, slow moving items, & return to supplier RTS) up to the inventory standard
operating procedures.
Follows proper key control guidelines in Inventory Control and in the property.
Attend local Inventory Control meetings, appropriate Inventory Control training and conferences.
Summarize and share information with management.
Analyzes information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
Provides technical support to his local peers and communicates with the regional IT department to limit
the technical challenges.
Ensures proper testing of all business processes and new applications prior to implementation.
Any other assignments by the Inventory Control Supervisor.
