· To provide a friendly, courteous, and professional service at all times.

· To ensure good communication with all your superiors.

· To maintain complete knowledge of all food and beverages.

· To use a tray at all times when serving or clearing tables.

· To service and be responsible for your assigned section.

· To prepare and check tables before service.

· To present and explain menus.

· To be competent in the use of the MICROS system at all stages of service.

· To reconcile bills.

· To ensure that all procedures concerning bar tabs and the transfer of tables are met.

· To ensure that you are clear on policies concerning the entry of guests and the guest list and that these are adhered to at all times.

· To clear and reset tables.

· To ensure the overall cleanliness of your section at all times.

· Opening and closing procedures.

· Carry out any reasonable request made by Management.

· To be on the floor at all times stated on the rota.

· To be in full uniform at all times whilst on duty.

· To report to housekeeping at any point that the uniform is damaged or spoilt.
