Job Summary
- Maintain the reputation and credibility of the company by adhering to the requirements of the relevant regulatory bodies.
- Protecting the company against the regulatory penalties by providing advice and guidance in a manner that avoids the occurrence of the company in any error leading to the imposition of penalties on the company from any party.
- Ensuring that the company’s governance-related activities are compliant with the regulations and instructions issued by: o Capital Market Authority o Ministry of Commerce o Tadawul (Ifsah system)
Functions
- Disclosing financial and non-financial Information to Securities’ Issuers (Tadawul) and ensuring compliance with reporting deadlines
- Implement procedures & processes related to the convening of ordinary and extraordinary general assemblies of the Company.
- Prepare the board annual report.
- Calculating the Board member’s remunerations along with the other formed committees.
- Overseeing all aspects of the company’s corporate governance framework implementation and relevant requirements including reviewing and drafting regulatory documentation and procedures and assisting in the internal awareness of all related regulations
