The purpose of this role at the organization is to drive the conceptualization, development, and rollout of products and establishing the customer alignment to the features and digital marketing strategies. This is a pivotal role and requires a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality but testing user acceptance and driving insights to the growth of customer base. It will give you an opportunity to work very closely with key stakeholders in the company to understand the market and the issues they face and can identify and implement innovative solutions for the broader market. Working across all areas of the company, you will serve as an internal/external liaison between commercial teams and key customers (both B2B and B2C)
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from strategic planning and feature rollout. Identify conceptualize and develop new products and any amendments/improvements to existing products.
- Analyze data science and market trends and identify solutions to support product development
- Prove value proposition and market growth hypotheses through testing and establish performance digital marketing tools and techniques
- Develop, lead, and implement projects such as company-wide go-to-market plans, ensuring timely delivery of projects in collaboration with all relevant business units.
- Communicate effectively with key stakeholders on product features and act as the main point of contact for any inquiries
- Liaise with the Business Units, offering support and sharing knowledge on the product to maximize revenue
- Collaborate with the development team to agree on priorities and ensure product developments/amendments are prioritized correctly and as per the business needs
