Job Description


  • Serve as the first point of contact for Employees seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
  • Perform remote troubleshooting.
  • Record events and problems and their resolution in logs
  • Follow-up and update status and information
  • Pass on any feedback or suggestions to the appropriate internal team
  • Monitor and respond quickly to incoming requests relate to IT issues.
  • Maintain computer systems and act as support if any system goes down.
  • Responsible for PC’s, Printers, Servers and related equipment (monitor, keyboard, mouse, hard drive, etc).
  • Assist with onboarding of new users.
  • Keep inventory of all equipment, software, and license users.
  • Install, configure and maintain software and hardware components of computer and network systems
  • Install, Configure Operating systems to Computers
  • Keep Necessary Documentation
