Job Description
- Serve as the first point of contact for Employees seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
- Perform remote troubleshooting.
- Record events and problems and their resolution in logs
- Follow-up and update status and information
- Pass on any feedback or suggestions to the appropriate internal team
- Monitor and respond quickly to incoming requests relate to IT issues.
- Maintain computer systems and act as support if any system goes down.
- Responsible for PC’s, Printers, Servers and related equipment (monitor, keyboard, mouse, hard drive, etc).
- Assist with onboarding of new users.
- Keep inventory of all equipment, software, and license users.
- Install, configure and maintain software and hardware components of computer and network systems
- Install, Configure Operating systems to Computers
- Keep Necessary Documentation
