A Senior Litigation Lawyer for a growing legal team in Jeddah. You will manage all litigation for the company alongside external counsel.

Description
Maintain deep understanding of FIDIC suite of Contracts and bespoke contracts.Manage contract change control process and related correspondence requiring legal input.Provide end-to-end support in the management and satisfactory resolution of construction contract claims.Manage negotiations, mediations, arbitrations and settlement procedures as assigned.Assist and represent on all litigation issues, along side external counsel.Provide legal, regulatory and compliance advice to various business units.
Profile
Saudi National.LLB & LLM degree from an accredited law school.A minimum 4 years of extensive experience in litigation across Commercial, Real Estate and Commercial Agreements.Should be conversant with relevant property laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia.Proven ability to work independently and to tight deadlines.
