- Articulate how the organization objectives and KPIs translate to the organization Finance & Accounting departments performance .
- Participate to the development of with involvement of Zakat team and stakeholders
- Develop Zakat strategic platform cascaded from finance department strategic platform
- Prepare Zakat Operation plans, budgets and setting the targets of Zakat key success indicators.
- Develop Zakat policies and procedures that support strategic platform implementation and the efficiency of structure.
- Develop and manage best communication channels with Zakat stakeholder and oversee the flow of data and reports to assure representing reliable information.
- Develop and follow-up the implementation of internal control procedure of zakat and taxes for organization and subsidiaries.
- Provide zakat and tax consulting to organization and subsidiaries.
- Educate and coach the concern staff in organization and subsidiaries on the required operations for Zakat and taxes.
- Review and make sure of the proper preparation of the data and documents related to the filed-test operations.
- Review and analyze any weaknesses in financial systems and propose appropriate solutions in consultation with the finance departments of organization and subsidiaries.
- Prepare periodic report about the corrective action or procedure that should be taken to improve its Zakat and taxation situation.
- Represent organization and its subsidiaries in front of committees of testing.
- Negotiate with the Ministry of Zakat and income about Zakat amounts that have been estimated for organization and its subsidiaries and resolve any points of contention may be raised.
- Handle of any task within the scope of his work and assigned by his direct manager.
- Optimize the use of Zakat and Taxation.
- Determine the right processing of Zakat as responsible for completing Zakat requirement and got the required certificates.
- Ensuring organization culture and professional standards are fully understood, implemented, and maintained throughout Zakat Division.
- Leading by example to drive the implementation of organization values and principles.
