• Manage customer’s expectations to ensure their satisfaction.
• Report and highlight all activities, issues and market trends and latest technology developments.
• Resolve conflicts & ensure customer satisfaction. • Seek excellence in the design & implementation of customer demos or pilot projects. • Support the Area Sales Manager on strategic issues.
• Define the scope, resources requirements and timeline.
• Execute the projects and ensure a timely and successful completion.
• Monitor report the progress of implementing major EBD initiatives. Performs other responsibilities and tasks as directed by line manager in order to meet objectives
