· Collect Packing List from Warehouse Supervisor and count cartons physically as per the list. · Segregate cartons in receiving staging area according to SKU and Batch. · Record the weight for OUD, Dhoon and maintain accordingly. Assist Operators in Put away and picking items. · Confirm shipments variances to Warehouse Supervisor if there is. · Generate Replenishment Orders from ERP system. · Assist Pickers to pick items from shelves and segregate them according to locations in the delivering staging area. · Update and confirm quantity in system after checking. · Maintain and keep stock picked report up to date. · Make sure to register stock in ERP System
· Follow all relevant policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions and ensure work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner · Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices, taking into account leading practices, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement · Promote the implementation and adherence to relevant policies, processes and operating procedures to others
