We are one of the leading suppliers of prime-power diesel gensets in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We are looking for an experienced project manager to lead a project (project duration being min. of one year) for one of our marquee customers with the location being roughly 70% at HQ and 30% at the site (North-western region of KSA). The responsibilities are as stated below:
- Maintains continuity of work operations by documenting and communicating the correct course of action to management.
- Work closely with Materials Planner, Production Planner, and Engineering team to get the updated status and progress of every project.
- Monitor and Expedite tasks in line with scope and project timeline.
- Communicate with customers and ensure project documentation approval.
- Coordinate site installation and liaise with external stakeholders for smooth execution of projects.
- Monitors all engineering projects and contact customers in all matters concerning contract and payments.
- Give project status to project planner and other teams on daily basis.
- Produce various project reports using Primavera P6 for various levels (L1, L2, L3, etc.)
- Responsible to monitor all assigned projects in coordination with the manager.
- Arrange internal meetings with the project team and involve external stakeholders as necessary.
- Create project folder for every project and keep records of all important emails, events, milestone activities of the project.
- Monitor and record all contractual obligations (Payments, Delays, etc.) and is expected to discover as well as taking the lead in resolving all irregularities.
- Accomplishes department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
