Responsibilities:
- Assist in business process improvements, process re-engineering, and process design to achieve business goals.
- Identify technical problems and develop solutions to support business objectives.
- Assist in the development and implementation of business plans and initiatives.
- Develop a plan to seamlessly integrate the new process with existing business processes.
- Work with customers to understand business requirements and needs.
- Identify opportunities for business process optimization.
- Develop business modeling standards and guidelines
- Participate in review and update of business processes to meet changing business needs..
- Create, update, review and approve documentation for new and existing business processes.
- Manage and mentor cross-functional teams to successfully execute business projects.
- Provide guidance on business re-engineering activities for performance improvements.
- Work with cross-functional teams to coordinate and streamline business processes.
- Design and create business process classification frameworks with various levels of detail and levels of decomposition.
- Design and create end-to-end sector and cross-sector process models using EPC and BPM modeling standards.
- Apply common enterprise architecture (EA) practices to relevant projects.
- Create EA reference models, preferably business, information systems, and technology architectures.
- Estimate project scope and level of effort for new projects and or existing projects that require changed tasks, duration, resourcing, etc.
- Maintain a pulse on leading practices trends around business process management, EA, modeling standards, etc.
