The IAM Manager will be responsible for:
IAM systems implementationFlagging any IAM related issues; providing appropriate recommendations for rectification of these issuesContinuous improvement of IAM policies and proceduresManaging staff in the IAM teamBeing the Subject Matter Expert in IAM, and collaborating with the rest of the Information Security department, IT, and senior managementPeriodic reporting of IAM function performanceStaying up-to-date with the latest developments in IAM within the Financial Services industry
Profile
The following requirements are essential for the IAM Manager role:
At least a bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study6+ years of experience in Information SecurityExperience in managing an IAM functionMust have worked in large, complex organisationsExperience in Financial Services/Banking/Fintech sectors is a plusRelevant industry certifications are preferredDeep knowledge of user account life-cycle management, roles-based access, one-time password, risk-based access, and other IAM strategies
