Purchasing Officer
1-Observe and Monitoring Inventory Stock and maintain the safe bar levels stock for all raw materials
2-coordinate with warehouse responsibles to maintain the availability of all raw materals and operations needs
3-manage suppliers relationship successfully and create new business partenership with new suppliers
4- focus on market deals and supply opportunitites which include high benifits for the company
5- Follow, apply and Maintain the approved Product List for each Brand
6- always research and scan for new Suppliers, raw materials and markets
7- build and update suppliers data base
8- contact and negotiate the suppliers to get the best quality and best price with smooth delivery
9- provide the operations office with the required materials and samples
10- follow the company purchasing policy such as bringing three quatations and ensure more than many supplier for each Items
11- support new openings, work within action plan and its deadline and create a link with furniture companies, constracture, contractors and others
12- work within pudget and achieve the purchasing targets
13- coordinate with financial department to organize the suppliers acounts and their payment with maintain the suppliers credits limits
14- Comparing and evaluating supplier offers.and reviewing contracts terms.
15- daily reporting regarding suppliers, supply prices and its changes and related issues
16-Maintain confidentiality of information and adhere to company policies and regulations
17-Commitment to the official work hours and implementation of approved work schedules
18-follow and apply the approved documentary cycle
