Contribute to the design and implementation of the communication objectives and goals by providing innovative communications contentDevelop, implement and update Communication Department operational plans and oversee their implementation to take part in the realization of the envisioned future of the organizationCollaborate with relevant staff members, stakeholders and leaders to identify required projects and initiatives that support the achievement of the organization's strategic communications visionHelp install a culture of development, guidance and performance within the Communication DepartmentTake responsibility, in collaboration with the Communication Director, for building and maintaining a high-performance teamParticipate in setting performance requirements and recruiting for key positions across the Communications SectorSet performance objectives, provide necessary support, evaluate / appraise staff and provide regular feedback on performancePromote a high-performance working environment embracing valuesDevelop and implement a program of capacity development for Division staff
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations or related field10+ years of experience as a communication and/or public relations manager
