A Saudi leading Restaurant Company in the field of Food & Beverage in
Riyadh , is looking for a Operation Manager (minimum of 5 years-experience)
to lead our capable team of professionals. The candidate should ideally have
work experience in the following areas:
- Responsible for all aspects of business operations from planning,
organizing, directing, controlling, and reporting of the entire operations
department.
- Develop and implement operational processes, systems, to improve
and revolutionize the effectiveness of the entire department.
- Directing the customer-facing operations to meet strategic growth,
sales, profitability, and operational standard targets.
- Presenting valuable food with excellent quality to achieve or surpass
guest satisfaction.
- Ensure all products and services standards are met consistently.
- Perform orientation and provide training to all new employees on
restaurant processes and determine appropriate feedback from
employees and maintain all restaurant plans.
- Reviews sales mix & food cost performance monthly with the Supply
chain team and proposes new &/or replacement product targets.
- Promotes a culture of customer-focused excellence at all times in
directing and communicating with the operations team
- Responsible for the follow-up and completion of any major defects
and periodic maintenance models .
- Responsible for ensuring the daily work of the kitchen production line.
- Responsible for cost control, quality of food, customer satisfaction,
service speed and increased profitability.
