- Serves customers by identifying their needs.

- Provides product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests.
- Establishes new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers who could benefit from company’s products in the designated region and maintaining existing, relationships with customers.
- Monitor and reports on market trends, potential projects and competitor activity.
- Develops customer’s staff by providing technical information and training.
- Prepares sales reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing sales information.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Achieve sales and market share growth and defined sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and with existing clients.
- Prepare sales quotes and negotiate prices and increase quotation closing ratios.
