International Company (Operating Haramain High Speed Railway Project) looking for more than 40 Commercial Operator- on board employees – Jeddah & Makkah & Madinah based / Saudi National:
Some of Responsibilities:
• Customer assistance, information and management on
board of the trains in Station platforms and paid areas.
• Customer flows and access control management and
supervision.
• Supervision of the provision of services on board
of the trains according to the procedures and specifications of the services to
be provided, guaranteeing the quality and efficiency of these services,
especially as regards refers to catering services and cafeteria.
• Supervision of the correct arrangement of the
trains for the provision of commercial service.
• Supervision of the tickets and seats assignment as
well as incident resolution.
• Trains on board Customer assistance systems
operation: PAS, PIS, multimedia, Air Conditioning; etc.
• Management of tickets sales on board of the trains.
• Ensure the linkage, coordination and information
flow with the Station Operations Management and the Station Operations
Supervisor at the Operations Control Center (OCC), as well as the timely and
accurate implementation of their instructions (as required).
• Coordinate the commercial operation (services to
passengers) on board of the trains with security and civil protection functions
and staff, as well as coordination with OCC staff in charge.
