Senior Export Officer – Omar Kassem Al-Esayi Marketing Co. Ltd. (OKAM)
· Reports preparation
Provide to sales team agreed daily / monthly reports to keep them familiar with all the daily achievements. With arranging the presentations when needed.
· Inventory control
Continuous inventory monitoring, availability and reporting in case of inventory shortage, in order to prevent the availability of any product required by customers.
· Archiving, records and documents
Manage the archiving and records in order to obtain the information required by the sales team easily.
· Initial invoices
Preparing and tracking the initial invoices of the export customers, entering the customer request data according to the requests received and the need, and the credit limits recorded, to control the credit balance and meet the requirements of customers and satisfaction.
· Follow-up and assistance
Follow up daily and monthly for collections and production plan to help the sales team to reach their goals easily.
