- استقبال العملاء عند الدخول او الخروج .
- إدارة المعاملات مع العملاء باستخدام السجلات النقدية.
- جرد وجمع المدفوعات سواء نقدا أو باستخدام بطاقات الائتمان.
- إصدار الإيصالات أو المبالغ المستردة.
- حل شكاوى العملاء وتوجيههم وتقديم المعلومات الضرورية.
- المحافظة على مناطق الخروج نظيفة ومرتبة.
- تتبع المعاملات في الميزانية والإبلاغ عن أي اختلافات.
- Receiving clients at entry or exit.
- Manage transactions with customers using cash registers.
- Collection of payments in cash or credit cards.
- Issuance of receipts, refund.
- Handling customer complaints, directing them, and providing the necessary information.
- Keep checkout areas clean and tidy.
- Track transactions in the budget and report any discrepancies.
