Obtain service area assignment at the beginning of each shift.
Set up the table as per required.
Place silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in appropriate areas for washing.
Assist Waiter as needed with food delivery, especially with large parties and during peak periods.
Responsible for polishing silverware, glassware, and plates.
Responsible for maintaining the side stations and condiments.
Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the operations manager or immediate supervisor.
Perform any additional task given by his direct supervisor.
Delivering beverages from the bar to the waiter section (do not serve it to the table)
Opening, and closing duties.
