On behalf of Riyadh's fastest-growing Fine Dining division, we are seeking a Financial Analyst for their Riyadh operations.
Reporting to the Finance Manager will be responsible for the development of budgets, forecasts, the bank request reports, and assist in all functions related to Financial & Budgeting.
- Participate in the development of annual Budgets and projections in line with the organization’s strategic direction and objectives.
- Prepare the budget forms/ models to be used in the budgeting process.
- Seek clarifications from departments on budgets and underlying assumptions, and present the consolidated budget to the Management.
- Prepare quarterly performance reports showing key performance indicators, and trends, comment on actual vs. budget variations and risks.
- Guide cost analysis process by providing trends and forecasts; explaining processes and techniques; recommending actions.
- Provide feasibility study for proposed projects, capital expenditure, and acquisitions in coordination with the finance board.
- Provide financial analysis explanations on liquidity, and financial stability, through the financial ratios and comparative figures.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly balance sheets, and income statements, and report the variance.
- Analyze data to ensure proper accounting procedures have been followed.
- Ensure that all transactions within the accounting function are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Provide monthly, and quarterly variance reports between actual and budgeted figures to the management.
