Quest Search and Selection are seeking an experienced Job Closing & Invoicing Specialist (Arabic Speaker) to join our client's growing team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The Invoicing Specialist will be working as part of their after-sales team, which provides support to their clients after they have purchased our products or services. As part of this team, the Invoicing Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that all billing and invoicing issues are resolved quickly and accurately to maintain strong customer relationships.
This position requires an individual who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Responsibilities:
Generate and process invoices accurately and timelyVerify all invoices for accuracy and completenessIdentify and resolve billing discrepanciesRespond to client inquiries and resolve any invoicing issuesFollow up on outstanding invoices and initiate collections procedures as neededMaintain accurate billing records and client information in the databaseWork closely with the accounting team to ensure all invoices are processed and posted correctlyReconcile client accounts and resolve any outstanding balancesProvide periodic reports to management on billing and collections statusEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and accounting standards
