• Research project contracts, Assist the project manager to negotiate and communicate with the client and joint venture to solve problems in contract performance.
• Organize and participate in the drafting, negotiation and review of various economic contracts of the project.
• Familiar with the laws, regulations and policies of the local governments on project operation, and assist in avoiding various legal risks
• Responsible for project sub-contractor inquiry, contact and negotiation work.
• Collect claim data and be responsible for project claim work.
• Develop the local market and assist the company in the quotation and tender work.
• Participate in and actively support company initiatives.
• Familiar with the risks and hazards within the activities and processes of the role and procedures, practices and measures in place to mitigate the risks.
• Prepare pre-qualification for new project.
• All other duties as relevant to the post.
